Easter all week long

Easter highlights:

Ella: "Mom, Kate gave me all her plastic eggs! All I had to give her was my chocolate!"

Kate: "Mom, let's play a game and tell each other how much we love each other. I'll go first."

Dash: Dumped all his eggs out and filled his basket up with rocks.

Brittney: Staying home with Dash from Church and having a peaceful Sunday for once. Also, Kelly's homemade chocolate eggs and the Hodges easter hunt!

Kyle: Bike ride from Quincy to East Wenatchee. Beautiful!

Grateful for all our blessings and the Resurrection. Here's to some spring fun and a lot more sunshine!

swim lessons

Every night before bed we have a saying, "Out of all the fish in the sea" then the kids finish, "you're the fish for me!" Swim lessons rule.

white, soft grays, and the perfect color

I can't help it. I love white. My next favorite is a tie between soft grays and light blues. And all of these colors are better with a dash of natural green.

There's something about these colors that make me feel calm and happy and like I'm by the water. I hang up something red and it ruins my zen. Just saying.
